At aokede.com, we understand that fresh food delivery requires special care and attention. That is why we have partnered with leading carriers and developed our own cold-chain logistics to ensure every item arrives in perfect condition.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business hours during operating hours (Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST). Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Standard Shipping

Our most affordable option for non-perishable and shelf-stable items. Delivered via USPS or UPS Ground. Available to all 48 contiguous states. Free on orders over $50.

Express Shipping

Priority delivery for all items including fresh produce, dairy, and frozen goods. Shipped with insulated packaging and gel ice packs via UPS 2-Day or FedEx Express. Ideal for perishable orders.

1-2 Business Days

Same-Day Delivery

Order before 12:00 PM (noon) local time for same-day delivery. Currently available in select metro areas including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, and San Francisco. Temperature-controlled vehicles ensure freshness.

Order online and pick up at our warehouse locations. No shipping fees apply. Orders are typically ready within 2 hours of placement. Available at our Fresh City, Los Angeles, and Chicago locations.

Packaging & Freshness Guarantee
All perishable items are packed in FDA-approved insulated boxes with gel ice packs or dry ice (for frozen items) to maintain safe temperatures for up to 48 hours in transit. Our packaging is 100% recyclable. If any perishable item arrives above safe temperature or in unsatisfactory condition, contact us within 24 hours for a full replacement or refund.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email and SMS notification with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order in real-time from your My Account dashboard. For same-day deliveries, live GPS tracking is available.

Delivery Instructions
You can add special delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., leave at door, ring doorbell, gate code). For perishable orders, we strongly recommend someone be available to receive the delivery and refrigerate items promptly.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Alaska and Hawaii orders are limited to non-perishable items and may require additional shipping time (5-7 business days). We do not currently offer international shipping but plan to expand to Canada in the near future.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may have shipping restrictions based on state or local regulations, including alcoholic beverages, certain supplements, and items requiring special handling. Restricted items will be clearly marked on the product page. Oversized or heavy items (over 50 lbs) may incur additional shipping surcharges.

Shipping Insurance
All orders over $100 are automatically insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit at no additional cost. For orders under $100, optional shipping insurance is available at checkout for a small fee. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) and peak seasons, delivery times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days. We recommend placing orders early during these periods. Same-day delivery may have limited availability during holidays.
