• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. However, for perishable items, we assume responsibility for quality until delivery is completed.

• You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Someone must be available to receive perishable deliveries. If a delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available, additional delivery charges may apply.

• Free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping within the continental United States and may exclude oversized, heavy, or special-handling items.

• We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability varies — please check at checkout.

• Non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging for a full refund.

• Perishable items (fresh produce, dairy, meat, frozen goods) cannot be returned but may be eligible for a refund or credit if they arrive damaged, spoiled, or significantly different from what was ordered. Photo documentation is required.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Return shipping costs are covered by aokede.com for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Gift card purchases, clearance items marked as final sale, and opened consumable products are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy conditions or show signs of misuse.
